SUNSET ACRES RESORT UPDATE

March has been a busy month for us. At the beginning of the month, we attended the Sports Show in Saskatoon, and then we recently attended the Spring Home Show in Regina. We have also completed opening the mouth of the marina to the lake and have received approval and permit to construct our potable water treatment plant.

Spring is around the corner and there will be some cleanup work to do when the ground thaws but the marina will be ready for use this season. The beach area should also be ready for use this summer. The special pricing on our waterfront lots will not last much longer.

We continue to work on the approval of our RV, Park Model phase and have the permit for our east access road in place. We will post any updates as they occur.

Thanks to everyone who visited our booth at the Saskatoon and Regina Shows. We look forward to seeing a number of you at the lake this year.
