After a lot of work and patience our marina opened for use in May. There is still some grooming to do and more work to complete on the boat launch and docking system. We will now be able to have our marina lots available for sale.

We continue to plant more trees and will be working on extending the power and natural gas to the rest of the site. Our potable water treatment plant has been approved and will be inspected later this month before preparing for installation. There is still some ground work to do at the site which we will continue this year.

The municipality continues to work on the document needed for the final approval of our next subdivision. Once this process is complete we will begin work on those sites. The sites will have similar servicing but will be a bit smaller in total size and start around $40,000. As always, you can reach us at This email address is being protected from spambots.
