With the summer gone we have had the opportunity to extend the concrete approach for our boat launch. There is now 120 feet of concrete approach with about 30% of that under water. Work will continue in the spring on the gravelled parking area and the landscaping around the bowl. The channel buoys finally arrived so we will get them placed in the spring to help direct traffic in and out of the marina. We expect to have season passes available for purchase in the spring for non Sunset Acres owners wanting to use the boat launch. We also will be looking at the potential of having marina slips for rent by the spring. Anyone interested in possibly renting a slip should email This email address is being protected from spambots.
