March 11, 2019

Hard to believe spring is actually around the corner. We attended the 68th annual Saskatoon Sports and Leisure Show at the beginning of the month and turnout was terrific. We invite everyone to visit us at booth 304 in isle K during the upcoming Regina Spring Home Show, March 28th to 31st. We will be offering special pricing during that weekend and we now have an in-house financing plan for interested purchasers. This season we will be extending the power and natural gas services to the balance of the lakefront lots. We also expect to bring in some Maple trees to place throughout the development. This will be the third installment in our tree planting program. There will be other small improvements around the marina and beach area as well. We continue to work with the municipality on approval of our south expansion, and the province on design and approval of the water treatment system. Watch for a future update about our open house day this summer, hope to see you then.
